Boxing Mechanics
From your first jab to your first round in the ring.
This is where every boxer starts. Perfect for beginners who want to build solid fundamentals in a supportive environment.
You'll work on:
Stance and guard position
Walking the line with balance
Basic punches: jab, cross, and hooks
Generating power from the ground up
Leave each class feeling confident, balanced, and ready to throw clean punches.
Time to turn your fundamentals into real boxing. We pick up the pace while keeping things controlled and coach-led.
You'll focus on:
Full punch combinations
Moving your head, feet, and hands together
Angles, pivots, and lateral movement
Timing and rhythm drills
By the end of Level II, you're not just throwing punches—you're boxing with intent and fluidity.
Boxing mechanics meet real-time decisions. This level introduces controlled sparring for students who are ready and cleared by coach.
You'll work on:
Applying combinations against a live partner
Distance, timing, and ring positioning
Defensive responsibility while attacking
Controlled rounds focused on safety and composure
The goal isn't winning rounds—it's growth, control, and staying calm under pressure
