Glove-Up Program

Glove-Up Program is a structured boxing curriculum for ages 8-12 designed to develop discipline, excellence, and empowerment, not competition.

What We Build:

  • Discipline and accountability

  • Technical boxing fundamentals

  • Self-confidence and resilience

How It Works: Students progress through a colored glove system, with each level representing earned advancement through consistent effort, improved technique, and demonstrated character growth.

Boxing Mechanics is Tensho Boxing Academy's flagship class focused on building real boxing skills through proper technique and fundamentals.

What You'll Learn:

  • Proper punch mechanics

  • Defensive awareness

  • Footwork and movement

How We Train: Structured drills, mitt work, and controlled exercises guide your development at every level.

Combat Conditioning

Combat Conditioning blends boxing intensity with high-energy HIIT training for a full-body, sweat-driven workout.

What You'll Do:

  • Fast-paced rounds and bag work

  • Agility drills

  • Fight-inspired cardio

What You'll Build: This class pushes your endurance and mental toughness while burning calories and sharpening your movement. Built to challenge all fitness levels, you'll walk out stronger every session—no matter your experience level.

Boxing Mechanics

Kinetic Strength & Conditioning develops athletic power, stability, and explosiveness tailored for boxing performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Functional strength exercises

  • Resistance training and mobility work

  • Rotational power drills

What You'll Build: Better balance, reduced injury risk, and a durable, resilient body. This class helps you move with intention.
